This Hermès Vintage Brown Kelly 28 is a shining example of what Box Calfskin looked like back in the day—supple and shiny! It’s paired with gold-tone hardware in the feet and hardware of the turnlock, padlock, and keys kept in the leather clochette. The tonal-leather interior has two slide pockets and it can be carried by the single rolled handle with a 3.5-inch drop or by the leather strap for a shoulder carry. In very good condition and stamped with an O in a circle, it comes with a dustbag and has scratches on the metal, wear on the corners, edges, and inside, some marks on the leather, and needs an airing out. This blast from the past was spa’d by Hermès, had some hardware replaced, and is in remarkable condition for its age!
