A rare Constantius II coin marked “337-361 AD,” is embellished with a baroque cultured pearl finial at the bottom and a prong-set white diamond with 0.95 carat and VVS2 clarity and G-H color at the top. In very good condition, it has some scratches on the metal and a bit of glue on the back of the pearl where it was set. This rare piece has a pin back but could be converted to be worn as a pendant/enhancer!
