Hermès’ Barenia Faubourg Birkin 35 is crafted with a smaller-grained leather than the original Barenia, making it more resistant to scratches and blemishes! This slightly slouchy white-stitched beauty is a 35-centimeter—which is coming back into fashion, by the way—and is paired with palladium feet and hardware in the turnlock, padlock, and keys that are kept in the leather clochette. The interior is lined in tonal leather and has one zipped and one slide pocket and the dual rolled handles have a 4.25-inch drop. In fair condition and stamped with a C, it has marks on the leather, scratches on the metal, wear on the corners, edges, handles, and inside, and the handles have darkened. It would do well with a nice spa visit. A little backstory here—the name of this leather was introduced in 2017 and comes from the address of the flagship boutique at Rue de Faubourg Saint-Honoré!
